Project Management

Management of resources, schedule, budget, deliverables—hands-on control of virtually every aspect of a project, large or small.  Develop and direct engineering resource teams.  Develop project cost estimate and provide project budget forecasting.  Develop risk and opportunity analysis.  Develop and manage project schedules from preliminary engineering and testing through project commissioning and startup.  Preferred management and reporting tool is Microsoft Project.

Technical Services

Training manuals and “class room” sessions on process equipment, controls, and overall process operation for plant operations and maintenance personnel.  Complete training for operations and CIP system.  Detailed training for custom design and OEM purchased equipment.

Mechanical Design

Equipment and system design and specification for material processing systems, HVAC, OEM equipment fabrication.  Plant layouts and elevations drawings, equipment assembly and detailed dimensioned drawings, equipment system and component bill of material.

Process Engineering

Process and utility system development, design, upgrades and risk/opportunity analysis. Process flow diagrams, process and instrumentation diagrams, instrument and equipment specifications.  Process Operating Guides, Standardization, and GMP Documentation.

Utility Engineering

Utility analysis and design of steam, gas, compressed air, cooling tower water, chilled water, waste stream drains, water supply, HVAC, and electrical system.  Equipment specifications and sizing.  Equipment and system component detail design and drawings (AutoCAD).

Power Systems

Electrical substation design and specification for medium and low voltage power systems. Factory electrical design and specification.  Plant power system distribution design and equipment specification. Substation maintenance and cleaning.

Electrical Design

Complete power, lighting and communication systems specifications, design and drawings (AutoCAD), including panel layout, wiring diagrams and conduit layout specifications.

PLC Control Integration

Controls architecture, PLC design, PLC and HMI programming, data acquisition, MES-OEE, S88, servo motion systems with complete panel design. 

Instrumentation

Includes instrument setup, configuration and calibration.  Instrument calibration for temperature, pressure, mass flow, weight, density, pneumatic conveying, dissolved solids, and level transmitters. 

Custom-Panel Builds

Design, materials acquisition, layout and fabrication of custom control panels. Units are built in our shop and then shipped complete to customer location.

Control System Maintenance

Technicians for trouble shooting and calibrating controls and instrumentation of plant process and utility control systems, optimizing control loop parameters.

Packaging Controls

Packaging machine trouble shooting and maintenance, existing controls conversions and new control systems design for weighing, bagging, bottling, cartoning, casepacking, palletizing, accumulation systems.

Turnkey Controls

Complete system architecture, electrical design, control panel design, PLC programming, HMI programming,  control panel fabric, control panel installation, and system commission support for equipment and total plant systems.
